  1. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions and wash thoroughly.

  2. Cut potatoes into cubes, also chop onions.

  3. Chop the carrots into strips.

  4. Peel the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices along.

  5. In a pot with two liters of water add potatoes and mushrooms, put on fire and salt.

  6. Fry carrots and onions in a pan with vegetable oil. Add to pan. Cook 35 minutes after boiling the soup.

  7. 10 minutes before cooking, add to cooking container chopped greens.
