As you know, legumes contain a lot of vegetable protein and therefore, they are a great substitute for meat. This fully applies to I wave, for some reason, not as widespread as beans. But today we will correct this omission and prepare delicious at home vegetarian soup made with mash in a slow cooker.

  1. Mash soak for an hour, then rinse and place on a sieve.
  2. Peel the tomato and remove the seeds.
  3. On the slow cooker, turn on the Frying program (10 min.). Into the bowl pour in the oil and pass the carrots, onions and tomatoes on it.
  4. Pour boiling water 1.5 – 2 liters.
  5. Add rice, mung bean, pepper crushed by the flat side of the knife, and salt. Mix. Start Extinguishing program (40 min.)
  6. When serving, garnish with herbs.
