Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 wide stripes of orange peel
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 bottle of dry red wine
- 1/2 tsp whole cloves
- 1/2 tsp whole peppercorns
- 3 fruits anise star
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf

Recipe preparation:
- Stir the zest of orange with sugar and let it brew for 1 hour. Pour red wine into the pan, add cloves, peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, zest mixture with sugar, put on a stove and heat at medium temperature, about 15 minutes (do not bring to a boil). Remove pan from plate and cover, let mulled wine infuse for 40 – 50 minutes
- Pour mulled wine into glasses of thick glass, leaving spices and zest in the pan. Garnish with cinnamon sticks. Serve Mulled Wine hot.
