- Dip steamed cabbage leaves into boiling water minutes. Remove them with a slotted spoon and cool.
- In a bowl, combine the minced meat with rice, add the chopped onions, carrots, as well as salt, pepper, mix well.
- Put minced meat on prepared cabbage leaves, close them as the envelope.
- For the sauce in a bowl, mix the sour cream and tomato sauce (or tomato paste). Add chopped garlic, salt, well stir.
- Fry stuffed cabbage in hot oil in vegetable oil at both sides.
- Add sour cream sauce and pour water flush with cabbage rolls. Cover. Simmer for approximately forty minutes.
- Serve the finished dish with sour cream sauce, in which cabbage rolls were stewed, sprinkled with chopped greens.
