Mitlof with Lasagna

  • 1 can (400 gr.) Whole peeled plum-like tomatoes per own juice, crush with your hands
  • 2-3 branches of basil
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • 350 gr ground beef
  • 350 gr minced pork
  • 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 small onion, grate
  • 1/4 Art. chopped parsley, plus for serving
  • 1 tbsp. l tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. l worcestershire sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. grated mozzarella
  • 1/4 Art. grated parmesan
  • Ricotta cheese for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the paste for lasagna and boil until al dente. Dry up mix with olive oil so that the paste does not stick, and let cool off.
  2. In the meantime, cook the tomato sauce. In a large pan heat the oil with chopped garlic, cereal over medium heat red pepper and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir as it warms up oils; when it glistens, add mashed tomatoes, 3/4 tbsp. water and basil. Remove and chop finely when it cools slightly. in a bowl combine bacon, ground beef and pork, crackers, onions, parsley, grated garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, 1.5 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix thoroughly hands.
  4. Place the grid in the center of the oven and heat to 180 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with foil and grease.
  5. Combine mozzarella with parmesan. Half of the meat mixture to the center of the prepared pan, form a 23 x 12 rectangle see.
