- 1 kg. minced meat from turkey (a mixture of white and dark meat)
- 5 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. l + 1/3 Art. unrefined olive oil
- 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 0.5 tbsp. lagers
- 2 thick slices of white bread, cut off the crust
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 3 tbsp. l finely chopped thyme
- 0.5 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
- 0.5 tbsp. grated sharp white cheddar
- 2 tbsp. l Worcester sauce
- Approximately 220 gr. smoked bacon (thinly sliced)
Mustard Dressed Spinach Salad
- 1 shallot
- 1.5 tbsp. l white wine or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
- Juice 1 Lemon

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Make a baking sheet parchment.
