- Pour vegetable oil into a pan, put on fire, to warm. Throw the onion, cut into small pieces, lightly fry.
- Then put carrots chopped on a medium grater to the onion, fry everything together for a couple of minutes.
- Next, put the cubes of zucchini and eggplant, fry on medium 5 minutes on fire.
- Put chopped cabbage, finely chopped celery and Tomatoes, cut into a cube, fry further, stirring occasionally.
- After five minutes, pour the vegetables with cold water (2.5 liters), pepper slightly and salt.
- As the broth boils, add the minced meat, formed by small balls.
- Cook the soup for another quarter hour until cooked.
- Pour the finished dish into plates and serve with chopped greens.
