Delicious meatballs from pork minced meat will cook at home with the addition fried champignons and onions. For more flavor, add minced fresh parsley. Make a side dish to your taste.

  1. Wash the champignons and chop finely with onions. In oil (2 tbsp) fry onions for 3-4 minutes, add prepared mushrooms and continue to fry over medium heat, stirring until liquid does not evaporate. Cooling down.

  2. Put the minced pork in a bowl, add the fried mushrooms with onion, egg, crackers (4 tablespoons), chopped parsley, ground pepper and salt. Mix the meat mixture for the meatballs well and form small rounded cakes.

  3. Bread prepared cakes and spread portions in oil (4 tablespoons). Fry on both sides to brown cover the crust over medium heat, put on a plate and cover.

  4. Fragrant juicy meatballs served with your favorite side dish, sauce and vegetable salad.
