  1. Cut onions, spread in oil and fry 3-4 minutes, add coarsely grated carrots and fry for another 3 minutes, stirring.

  2. Add the prepared pork minced meat into the onion with carrots, cut cloves of garlic in half, fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until the liquid will evaporate.

  3. Pour tomato juice, mix, cover and simmer on slow fire for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper.

  4. Peel kohlrabi, cut into cubes and send to sauce with minced meat. Stew vegetables with minced meat for 20-25 minutes, until the cabbage becomes soft.

  5. Add chopped parsley to the stew, cook for another 5 minutes and remove from heat. Serve aromatic stew with mashed potatoes and fresh bread.
