Cut onions, spread in oil and fry 3-4 minutes, add coarsely grated carrots and fry for another 3 minutes, stirring.

Add the prepared pork minced meat into the onion with carrots, cut cloves of garlic in half, fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until the liquid will evaporate.

Pour tomato juice, mix, cover and simmer on slow fire for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper.
