Juicy and tasty minced pork rolls at home with stuffed with fried ham, onions and eggs. Special Dried oregano, basil and fresh parsley add flavor to the rolls. Garnish can be made any.

Cut the ham into small pieces, onion with parsley – finely. In oil (2 tablespoons), fry the ham and onion until rosy, cool a little, add eggs (2 pcs.), mix, salt and pepper

In a bowl, mix minced pork, egg (1 pc.), Parsley, oregano, basil, crackers, ground pepper and salt (1 tsp). Share prepared meat mixture in 4 parts, put each part on cling film into a thin cake and add on top egg filling (¼ part).

Using food wrap, roll minced meat with rolls and send in hot oil. Fry pork rolls on 2 sides 10-12 minutes over medium heat until browned crust.

Put juicy fragrant rolls on plates, add favorite side dish and serve with a light vegetable salad and fresh bread.
