Minced pork meatballs are tasty, juicy and tender, if you cook them at home with tomato sauce, and dried basil and oregano will add a wonderful aroma to the dish. As a side dish to meatballs in sauce you can make spaghetti, noodles or potato mashed potatoes.

In a bowl, mix the prepared minced pork, breadcrumbs, chopped onion (1 pc.), egg, salt and ground pepper.

We form small balls (24-26 pcs.) From prepared minced meat.

We spread meatballs in oil and fry from 2 sides on medium fire for 6-7 minutes until brown. We clean on a plate.

After the meatballs, spread the chopped onion (1 pc.), fry until soft, add chopped garlic and fry 30 seconds.

Peel ripe tomatoes: make an incision, send to 30 seconds into boiling water, then into cold and peel easily. Cut the peeled tomatoes and chop in a blender. Spread chopped tomatoes in fried onions, add salt, oregano, basil, ground pepper, tomato paste and cook aromatic sauce, until will not become homogeneous and slightly thicken.

Add the fried meatballs to the sauce, mix gently, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Serve aromatic meatballs in sauce with your favorite side dish and vegetable salad. If desired, the sauce can be add with any spices to taste.
