  1. We send the minced pork to a bowl, add the egg, ground caraway seeds, coriander, breadcrumbs (4 tablespoons), ground pepper, salt (2 pinch) and mix well the preparation for cutlets.

  2. From the workpiece we form rounded cakes (5 pcs.), Roll in breadcrumbs and sent to hot oil (5-6 tablespoons). Fry cutlets covered over medium heat from 2 sides for 10-12 minutes with each side.
