Minced meat sauce with beans and celery

A hearty meal of minced meat, for bean lovers. Such delicious meat sauce can be prepared at home for pasta or rice, potatoes. This dish is cooked quickly with canned beans, if cooked from dry, time should be laid for soaking (at least three hours, or all night) and cooking. For minced meat should be chilled pork and beef in scroll in equal parts through an electric meat grinder, or in small chop in portions in the chopper.

  1. Fry in vegetable oil in a preheated pan shredded onions with garlic.
  2. Add minced beef and pork, salt, pepper, fry ten minutes.
  3. Add chopped celery, stir and fry another ten minutes.
  4. Add peeled pureed tomatoes and, if desired, Dried herbs, stir, simmer together for ten minutes.
  5. Add canned (liquid drain) beans, well stir simmer for another three minutes, remove from heat.
  6. Ready meat sauce served with pasta, garnished with herbs.
