  2. Cut the sockeye into cubes. Pickle in marinade for half an hour.
  3. Boil vegetables and eggs until cooked. Separate the yolks from proteins.
  4. Rub the vegetables on a fine grater.
  5. Let’s make tartar sauce. Gherkins, capers, artichokes and greens very finely chopped, seasoned with mayonnaise and ketchup. Everything mix well.
  6. Spread the salad in layers, first spread the sockeye salmon, then protein, after – potatoes, carrots, grease each layer with sauce Tartarus.
