- Prepare the marinade for sockeye salmon. Mix soy sauce in a bowl, water, sugar, lime juice, lemon juice.
- Cut the sockeye into cubes. Pickle in marinade for half an hour.
- Boil vegetables and eggs until cooked. Separate the yolks from proteins.
- Rub the vegetables on a fine grater.
- Let’s make tartar sauce. Gherkins, capers, artichokes and greens very finely chopped, seasoned with mayonnaise and ketchup. Everything mix well.
- Spread the salad in layers, first spread the sockeye salmon, then protein, after – potatoes, carrots, grease each layer with sauce Tartarus.
- Melt processed cheese until soft and spread on carrots. Sprinkle grated yolk on top and decorate with dill. Salad send to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours so that it is well insisted.
