- Pour milk into the pan, add cream, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. When the milk boils, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and zest.
- Pour rice and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and leave to cook for 30-35 minutes. Lid all this time not open!
- Pour cherry into the stewpan or ladle, add the remaining sugar, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of water and bring to a boil. We breed starch in 1 Art. teaspoon of cold water, add to cherry, mix and give cool off.
- We spread the rice on plates, decorate with cherry on top. Have a nice appetite!
