- 1.5 tbsp. cherry tomatoes, cut each in half
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- Juice 1 Lemon
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Pour red onion with cold water and ice and leave time to cook couscous and edamame beans.
- Cook couscous, as indicated in the instructions for packaging.
- Boil the beans in salted water, recline in a colander and rinse under cold water. Mix edamame beans in a large bowl, tomatoes, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
- Loosen couscous with a fork. Get the red onion out of the water and a little wring out. Add couscous and red onion to the bowl with beans and mix. Arrange Greek meze on plates and serve with hummus, dolma, pickled peppers and bread.
