  1. Cut the meat across the fibers into pieces 2 cm thick.
  2. Chop the onion in half rings, chop the garlic finely. Cut tomatoes thin slices.
  3. Slightly grease the meat on both sides with oil and spread on a very hot pan.
  4. We fry the meat over high heat for 3 minutes on each side, salt and pepper. Then we put it on a plate and put it in a warm place, so that all the juices are evenly distributed.
