- 1.5 tsp coarse salt and an additional 0.5 tsp.
- 220 gr green beans, cut into pieces of 2.5-5 cm.
- 0.5 tbsp. pitted black olives
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced in stripes
- 90 gr. crumbled parmesan
- 1 small bunch of chives, chopped
- 1/4 Art. sherry vinegar
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized saucepan, mix 4 tbsp. water and spelled. On bring to a boil over high heat. Cover and cook on moderately low heat until spelled becomes almost soft, about 20 minutes. Add 1.5 tsp. salt and simmer until the cereal will not become soft, for about another 10 minutes. Drain well. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool.
- Meanwhile, over high heat in a medium-sized saucepan bring salted water to a boil. Add green beans and mix. Cook for 2 minutes. Transfer boiled beans to a bowl with ice water and let cool for 2 minutes. Then drain water.
- Once the spelled has cooled, add green beans, olives, sweet red pepper, parmesan and chives. Shuffle. Вin a small bowl, mix sherry vinegar, olive oil, mustard, pepper and the remaining 0.5 tsp. salt. Shuffle. Pour salad dressing, mix and serve.
