For the first time I cooked buckwheat soup, I didn’t even know that is there such a soup ?? Try, for a change, a very nothing. The youngest son really liked, gobbled up for both cheeks.

  1. I cut the onions into cubes, carrots with embossed straws, fry them right in the pan and pour boiling water. Salt and add spice.
  2. I fall asleep buckwheat, cook for 5 minutes, then I fall asleep potatoes, diced.
  3. I’m cooking dough: sifting flour in a bowl, adding an egg, salt and the required amount of water.
  4. Knead the dough, let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  5. I roll a flagellum out of the dough. I chop it and throw it in the soup as soon as potatoes will be almost ready.
  6. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
