  1. Grate onion in the minced meat.
  2. Cook the rice until half cooked and pour into the minced meat.
  3. Add salt and your favorite spices to the minced meat, 1 egg and mix.
  4. Form 13 meatballs and put them in a pan with boiling water.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes.
  6. While the meatballs are boiling, grate the carrots and fry lightly on sunflower oil.
  7. Add tomato paste and flour and mix. Pour in gradually water and mix the gravy until smooth.
  8. Boil the gravy for several minutes.
  9. Add salt to taste and bay leaf in meatballs.
