- Pour oil over a medium heat pan over medium heat. put the potatoes and fry them for 6 – 7 minutes, then add celery and fry another 3-4 minutes. Add slices at the end tomato and fry 3 to 4 minutes until tender. Salt and pepper taste
- In a second pan, heated over high heat, pour butter, warm it, put the meatballs and fry them in 2 minutes on each side. Then turn down the fire and cook, periodically turning over for 6-8 minutes
- Add ready-made meatballs to vegetables, mix, arrange on plates, sprinkle with onions and serve. Enjoy your meal!
