  1. Wash vegetables greens. Peel potatoes and celery root remove the stalk of tomato. Potato, celery root and tomato cut into cubes 2 by 2 centimeters. Chop green onion circles 6 – 7 mm thick
  2. Stuffing put in a bowl, let it stand for 3-5 minutes, add Italian herbs, mixing them in advance with a small amount olive oil, paprika and garlic powder to taste, salt, pepper and knead the minced meat thoroughly, compacting it with your hands
  3. From meat, form meatballs with a diameter of 3-4 cm
  4. Pour oil over a medium heat pan over medium heat. put the potatoes and fry them for 6 – 7 minutes, then add celery and fry another 3-4 minutes. Add slices at the end tomato and fry 3 to 4 minutes until tender. Salt and pepper taste
  5. In a second pan, heated over high heat, pour butter, warm it, put the meatballs and fry them in 2 minutes on each side. Then turn down the fire and cook, periodically turning over for 6-8 minutes
  6. Add ready-made meatballs to vegetables, mix, arrange on plates, sprinkle with onions and serve. Enjoy your meal!
