  1. Prepare the products.
  2. Skip the meat and onions through the meat grinder.

  3. Add the salt, crackers, and egg to the minced meat.

  4. Knead everything thoroughly.

  5. Form balls the size of a ping pong ball.

  6. Fry them in a pan.

  7. Fry onions and peppers in a pan.

  8. Put to them 1 tbsp. l tomato paste and put out three minutes.

  9. Add the disassembled cauliflower inflorescences, pour 100 ml water. Add a little salt to the vegetables. Stew for 15 minutes.

  10. Put the meatballs in the pan and pour about a glass of water, so that water covers vegetables a little.

  11. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with any side dish.
