  • 350 gr mixture of chopped mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. l flour
  • 1 tbsp. dry red wine marsala
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the potatoes in a pan and fill them with water 3 cm higher. potato level; salt it. Bring to a boil, then cook more about 20 minutes. Drain, leave the potatoes to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven. In a medium bowl mix ground beef and sausage, crackers, egg, 1/2 tbsp. chicken broth, 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper; mix your hands up obtaining a homogeneous mass.
