These delicious meat homemade meatballs are somewhat reminiscent of a favorite of many IKEA restaurants. Try to cook them – they turn out very tender and juicy! Also do to meatballs cream sauce that perfectly complements any garnish.

  1. Products:
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry in butter.
  3. Mash boiled potatoes with a fork.
  4. Breadcrumbs pour 0.5 cups of water and mix.
  5. Minced meat, potatoes, crackers, milk, onions, eggs and spices as it should mix.
  6. Form small meatballs and lay them on the sprinkled flour board. Fry the meatballs in butter on slow fire until cooked.
  7. In order to prepare a creamy sauce, in hot water add cream, salt, pepper, soy sauce, flour and a little butter. Put the sauce on a slow fire and mix until it thickens and all lumps dissolve. When serving, pour meatballs with sauce. Enjoy your meal!
