- Add rice to thawed ground beef, then smash 1 egg, add spices (salt, pepper) to taste. Mix.
- Pour boiling water into the pan, send chopped at random potatoes. As the water in the pan boils, form meatballs and toss after potatoes. Cover and cook until potato readiness.
- Three carrots grated, chop the bell pepper, chop the greens (dill).
- As the potatoes reach the completion stage, add carrots, cook for 3-4 minutes, add bell pepper, cook more minutes 3.
- Add tomato paste to the pan – 4 tbsp., Boil for 3 minutes and turn off.
- Pour the finished soup into plates, sprinkle with herbs on top. Soup ready.
