  1. Rinse the rice in cold water and dry a little.
  2. Finely chop the greens. Meatball Harcho

  7. Boil water, pour rice in there. Bring to a boil, salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Put the grated onion, a pinch of salt, breadcrumbs into the minced meat crackers, half the greens, egg and knead it.

  10. Lower the meatballs to the rice, bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 10 minutes.
  11. Put roasting nuts in the soup. Stir and simmer on fire 10 minutes.
  12. Pour the remaining greens, grated garlic into the broth. To darken 5 minutes and turn off the fire. The soup is ready.
