- Wash all vegetables, remove the stem from the bell pepper and all seeds.
- Peel red and onions, potatoes and garlic. Ginger peel and grate, chop chili slices.
- Wash the beef, put in a pan, pour about 1 – 1.5 liters of water, put on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook for about 40 minutes.
- Dice all vegetables arbitrarily. Garlic and herbs chop finely.
- Pour oil into a frying pan heated over medium heat. warm it and fry the onions, stirring for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add bell peppers and continue to roast another 5 – 6 minutes.
- Transfer the potatoes to the meat and cook for 20 minutes. Peppers with onions put pans into a blender, pour a small amount broth from the pan and chop everything well.
- Add pepper and onion to the meat with potatoes, bay leaf, allspice and cook another 8 to 10 minutes. 5 minutes before cooked, add chili, garlic and ginger. Salt the soup over taste and let it brew.
