  1. Wash all vegetables, remove the stem from the bell pepper and all seeds.
  2. Peel red and onions, potatoes and garlic. Ginger peel and grate, chop chili slices.
  3. Wash the beef, put in a pan, pour about 1 – 1.5 liters of water, put on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook for about 40 minutes.
  4. Dice all vegetables arbitrarily. Garlic and herbs chop finely.
  5. Pour oil into a frying pan heated over medium heat. warm it and fry the onions, stirring for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add bell peppers and continue to roast another 5 – 6 minutes.
  6. Transfer the potatoes to the meat and cook for 20 minutes. Peppers with onions put pans into a blender, pour a small amount broth from the pan and chop everything well.
  7. Add pepper and onion to the meat with potatoes, bay leaf, allspice and cook another 8 to 10 minutes. 5 minutes before cooked, add chili, garlic and ginger. Salt the soup over taste and let it brew.
