Quite often I cook this dish at home, because cooking takes no so much time and always get delicious meat sauce. Serve both with pasta and cereals.

- Cut the pork into small pieces.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Cut the tomato into small pieces.
- Bell pepper cut into strips.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Heat the pan over medium heat with the addition of vegetable oil.
- Fry the onion until golden, add the pork and fry 5-10 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, fry for 5 minutes, then add tomatoes, fry for a few more minutes.
- Add boiled water (about 0.5 mug).
- Add bay leaf, salt, spices. Cover with a lid and reduce the fire to a minimum.
- Stew for about 15-20 minutes.
- Add garlic and herbs, continue to simmer another 20 minutes.
- You can add sugar to taste if gravy seems sour.
- Serve with pasta, buckwheat, potatoes or rice.
