Quite often I cook this dish at home, because cooking takes no so much time and always get delicious meat sauce. Serve both with pasta and cereals.

  1. Cut the pork into small pieces.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Cut the tomato into small pieces.
  4. Bell pepper cut into strips.
  5. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  6. Heat the pan over medium heat with the addition of vegetable oil.
  7. Fry the onion until golden, add the pork and fry 5-10 minutes.
  8. Add bell pepper, fry for 5 minutes, then add tomatoes, fry for a few more minutes.
  9. Add boiled water (about 0.5 mug).
  10. Add bay leaf, salt, spices. Cover with a lid and reduce the fire to a minimum.
  11. Stew for about 15-20 minutes.
  12. Add garlic and herbs, continue to simmer another 20 minutes.
  13. You can add sugar to taste if gravy seems sour.
  14. Serve with pasta, buckwheat, potatoes or rice.
