  1. Cut the meat into small pieces, boil until tender (drain the first water).
  2. Pour vegetable oil into the meat, fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add onion to the meat (cut into half rings), mix, fry for 7-10 minutes.
  4. Add tomato paste and chopped tomatoes in your own juice, mix, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat in within 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add 2 tbsp red wine and stew (with the lid open) 10-15 minutes. Salt, pepper.
  6. Add the meat broth and water, mix and simmer for 25 minutes Add pomegranate seeds, mix, simmer 10-15 minutes.
  7. Add chopped greens, mix, close the lid and leave for 5 minutes. Bon appetit.
