- Small loaf of uncut rustic bread (900 gr.)
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil plus 4 tbsp. l
- 2 chopped onion heads
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 4 sliced plum tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp crushed chili pepper flakes
- 2 sprigs of chopped fresh oregano
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. grated Mizitra cheese

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 205 ° C. Cut the bread in half lengthwise and out both halves, remove the crumb, being careful not to break the bread and make the crust too thin. It should be 2 thick see.
