  1. Cut the meat into small cubes.
  2. Pour oil into a small pan (about 2 cm). Warm up (when bubbles appear, we throw one piece of meat in butter. If bubbles began to collect around it – oil became optimal temperature). Put the meat in a pan. Add 100 ml of water and leave the meat to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. We cut onions and carrots into small cubes (carrots can be grated on grater).
  4. In 200 ml of water, we dilute 50 g of flour. Stir so that there were no lumps. Pour into the pan.
  5. We also dilute 50 g of tomato paste in 200 ml of water and also pour into the pot.
  6. Pour onion with carrots into the pan. Add spices to to taste. Tomim another 20 minutes.

Serve gravy with mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, buckwheat.
