  1. Rinse the meat, cut into pieces, put in a pan and pour 2 times more water than meat.
  2. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook until half cooked meat. Meat borsch
  3. Grate beets and fry in butter until softness.
  4. Add finely chopped onions at the end of the frying.
  5. Mix flour with broth, pour into a fry and simmer 5 minutes.
  6. Chop the cabbage, put it into the meat, cook for 20 minutes.
  7. Put the beets with flour dressing in the soup, mix, salt to taste and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Sour cream or pour into the finished borsch and stir, or serve in portions.
