- Wash and peel potatoes.
- Peeled potatoes in a saucepan, add water and put on fire. Bring to a boil, salt, close the lid. Cook for 15 minutes until cooked over low heat.
- Drain the pan. Mash the boiled potatoes with a crush, blender or fork.
