Put 1 kg in the pan. peeled potatoes (for cooking mashed potatoes with red peel are best) and 4 peeled garlic cloves; pour a little salted water. Bring to a boil and then simmer until readiness, from 15 to 20 minutes. Pour 1 cup of liquid from cooking drain the rest of the water. Crush potatoes with left liquid and kefir 1/2 tbsp. each, 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) butter, 2 tbsp. l chopped dill and 2 feathers green onions, add the remaining liquid if necessary.
