- Pinch of nutmeg

Recipe preparation:
- Boil potatoes until cooked in salted water. Leave 1/4 Art. broth for stewing, drain the rest.
- Meanwhile, fry the cabbage in butter, 2 minutes. Add the broth and simmer under the lid for 3 minutes. Add the potatoes, green onions, butter, cream and nutmeg. Grind vegetables to a puree state. Season with salt and pepper.
