Recipe preparation:

  1. Peel the turnips, cut into 1 cm slices and put in two liter pan. Peel the potatoes, cut into 4 parts, cut the quarters into 1 cm slices and put in a saucepan with turnip. Pour cold water, add 1 tbsp. l salt and bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer until soft. vegetables when piercing with a fork, about 20 minutes.
