- We will prepare the necessary ingredients.
- We take zucchini and wash it carefully. We will not clean the squash cut into thin slices.
- We turn zucchini slices into rolls.
- Gently roll the resulting rolls from zucchini into a jar. Also in the jar between the slices we put the cloves of garlic.
- You can also add a variety of spices and herbs – fragrant peppercorns, currant leaves and slices of red hot pepper.
- Prepare the marinade for our zucchini: bring the water to a boil, add seasoning (about 2 tbsp.), vinegar, sugar and sunflower butter.
- Stir and keep on fire for about 3-5 minutes, sugar should completely dissolve. Finely chop the dill and add to the marinade. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Zucchini pour hot marinade.
- Close the jars tightly with a lid. Let cool and clean in fridge.
