Today I want to share with you another steak recipe with pickled tomatoes, we will consider it a sauce, not a side dish. I usually take ribeye for steaks. But today I took striploin – thin sirloin cut framed with thin fat interlayer. Flavored meat with marble streaks, with a deep vibrant taste.

- Cut the onion into half rings, cherry in half.
- Mix onions and tomatoes in a bowl, season with balsamic cream, mix, salt and pepper to taste. Leave marinate for 10-20 minutes.
- Fry the meat over high heat in a pan with a small amount of oil for 2 minutes on each side. Then turn down fire, salt, pepper to taste and cook, periodically turning over, 6-10 minutes, depending on the desired degree roasting. Then cut the meat into slices 2 cm wide.
- Serve steaks with tomatoes and onions. Enjoy your meal!
