- Wash potatoes with beef, dry meat, garlic, potatoes and peel the onion. Chop onion and garlic. Divide the onion into two parts.

- Pour oil into a stewpan, heated over high heat. fry the garlic and thyme, stirring, 15-20 seconds. Thereafter add chopped onions and continue to fry for another 3-4 minutes. Add mushrooms, reduce heat to low and fry 4-6 minutes, pour sour cream, add 50 ml of water, bring to a boil and simmer, stirring, 2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Sauce ready.
