For the sauce

- Cheese (any, grated) – 0.5 cups.
Cook lazy manti with eggplant in the oven or on the grill it is possible so:
Cut the peeled eggplant in circles and dip them in water. Pour in soy sauce and salt to taste. Start to do dough.
Knead the dough from flour, kefir, water, eggs and vegetable oils. It should become elastic and not stick to your hands.

Cut the resulting roll into even circles (about 2cm high).
