Manty in a pan: video recipe

If you do not have a double boiler, this is not a reason to refuse such tasty dishes like manti. Manti can be cooked at home on pan, and the taste is not at all different from those cooked in double boiler. Be sure to try making manti according to my recipe, You’ll like it!

  1. Stir the elastic noodle dough. Mix water and flour, and a pinch of salt. Knead until the dough stop sticking to your hands, it’s about 5 minutes. Let me rest test for half an hour.
  2. Add finely chopped onion to the minced meat, finely chopped potatoes, salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough about 2mm thick. Cut circles a glass or other suitable size dish.
  4. Lay 5 circles one after another, overlapping approximately half a centimeter. I wet the edges with water to glue it well the edges.
  5. Put 1 tablespoon in each circle. toppings.
  6. Pinch each circle in the ribbon, wrap the entire ribbon so that it turned out a rose.
  7. Place the manti in a pan of boiling water (about 2 cm of water), cover and cook for about half an hour. Make sure that water doesn’t boil away, and add water as needed.
