  1. In 500 gr of ground beef add 3 large chopped onions in a blender, 5-6 potatoes chopped into strips, 100 gr chopped cabbage, salt and spices (paprika, coriander, black pepper) to taste.
  2. Mix everything, the filling is ready.
  3. We prepare the dough for this recipe in a triple portion.
  4. Thinly roll the dough and cut into 10 x 10 squares cm.
  5. Spread 1.5 tbsp. fillings, sculpt manti.
  6. We put the water in the mantle cooker in advance.
  7. Manti cook for a couple of 45 minutes.
  8. Serve with sour cream. Of this amount of ingredients it turns out 42 (+/-) mantles.
