- In 500 gr of ground beef add 3 large chopped onions in a blender, 5-6 potatoes chopped into strips, 100 gr chopped cabbage, salt and spices (paprika, coriander, black pepper) to taste.
- Mix everything, the filling is ready.
- We prepare the dough for this recipe in a triple portion.
- Thinly roll the dough and cut into 10 x 10 squares cm.
- Spread 1.5 tbsp. fillings, sculpt manti.
- We put the water in the mantle cooker in advance.
