- 450 gr minced beef tenderloin (10% fat)
- 2 cans (450 g each) mashed tomatoes
- 4 tbsp. l olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic

- 0.5 l ricotta
- 225 gr. coarsely grated mozzarella
- 3/4 Art. Parmesan for toppings, plus 1/4 tbsp.

Recipe preparation:
