Ingredients for the recipe:
- 600 gr skinless Mahi-Mahi fillet (cut dark flesh)
- 1 can (385 gr.) Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. l red curry paste
- 1/3 Art. fresh lime juice plus lime slices for decoration
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara
- 2 tbsp. l fish sauce
- 1 tsp asian chili sauce
- 1 minced clove of garlic
- 1 head of Boston lettuce (separate leaves)
- 1 bunch of watercress (remove hard stems)
- 1 thinly sliced kirbi cucumber
- 3 thinly chopped stalks of green onions (white and green parts)
- 1 peeled stalk and finely chopped red or yellow bell pepper
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro or mint
- 1 handful of roasted peanuts or cashews

Recipe preparation:
