  1. Pour couscous with hot water (the ratio should be 1/2), cover and leave alone.
  2. Peel the cucumbers, cut into half rings. Tomatoes cut into small cubes. Radish on thin slices.
  3. We chop mint with parsley.
  4. Mix the juice of whole lime and half a lemon, add sugar, zira, salt and pepper. Shake everything with a whisk.
  5. Mix vegetables with couscous, herbs, dressing and leaves arugula.
