If you are a big fan of fish salads, then do not pass by of this recipe and make a delicious fresh mackerel salad with vegetables. To cook at home such a salad does not amount to labor even to a young housewife. This dish will look good on holiday table, it will dilute with mayonnaise salads.

- Grind and mix the garlic with olive oil and soybean the sauce. Add some balsamic vinegar.
- We cut cucumbers into thin rings and spread them on the bottom of the plate, pour sauce.
- Grind boiled mackerel and spread on cucumbers, again pour sauce.
- Thinly chop the tomato and spread it on top of the fish. Watering the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs.
