Lobster Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half and get yolks
  • 120 gr. finished lobster meat, cut into slices
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped shallots – shallots
  • 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l capers
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped chives, and also for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grind the yolks into the paste, add the lobster meat, mustard, onion – shallots, mayonnaise, capers and chives – onion, mix. Fill the resulting mixture of egg whites and sprinkle with a lot of chives – onions. Serve the dish as a snack.
