Lo mein noodles with ginger and green onions

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr fresh lo-maine noodles, cut into three pieces with help kitchen scissors
  • 0.5 tbsp. plus 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 2 thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 4 thinly sliced radishes
  • 1 small turnip, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small thinly sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 3 thinly sliced bunches of green onions
  • 0.5 tbsp. chopped peeled ginger (3 pieces each 5 cm.)
  • 2 tsp low salt soy sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Art. oyster sauce

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine 0.5 tbsp. rice vinegar, sugar and 1 tsp. salt in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring until completely dissolved sugar, turn off the stove. Place cucumbers, radishes, turnips and peppers jalapenos in a small bowl and pour the resulting mixture of vinegar. Leave on for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, connect 0.5 tbsp. onions with the remaining 2 tsp. rice vinegar, ginger, soy sauce and 1.5 tsp. salt in medium heat resistant tank. Warm the vegetable butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until on no ripples appear on the surface for 3 minutes. Pour hot oil onion mixture, mix and leave for 20 minutes. before complete cooling. Put everything in a food processor and whisk several times until a thick paste forms.
  3. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add noodles and cook it according to the directions on the label. Drain the water and return to the same pan. Add onion and ginger mixture and shake to evenly cover the noodles with the sauce.
  4. Place the noodles in bowls. Pour oyster sauce on top. Drain liquid from pickled vegetables and add them to the noodles. From above sprinkle with the remaining onions.
