  1. Wash chicken liver, free from veins, do not cut.
  2. Fry the onions in a pan with butter, put the liver, fry five minutes on low heat.
  3. Make the sauce. To do this, mix ketchup in a bowl (you can replace with tomato paste) with curry, sour cream, water, salt, starch.
  4. Peel the apple, grate it, add to the liver, simmer another three minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce, mix, bring to a boil, remove from heat. Serve with any side dish.
