  1. Peel onions, carrots, wash, cut into large pieces.
  2. Wash the liver, clean the veins of the film, also large slice.
  3. Scroll onions, carrots, and liver through a meat grinder.
  4. Beat the egg, mix.
  5. Pour flour, salt, stir.
  6. From the resulting mass to form cutlets, fry on vegetable oil on one side for five minutes, on the other – also five minutes.
  7. For sauce – lightly fry in a pan with vegetable oil chopped onions, put chopped mushrooms, fry, stirring still 15 minutes, salt, pepper to taste.
  8. Pour cream, as it boils, remove from heat.
  9. When serving, put ready-made cutlets on a dish, put on top mushroom sauce, sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.
